具体的な研修内容 / Internship Details |
This intern will contribute to the mission of our microfinance institution by working in the HR Department. The roles and responsibilities include: 1. Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to assess the current climate of the organisational culture and potential issues in relation to the organisation's human resources management. 2. Develop a proposal for potential solutions to improve the employee engagement, development and retention, which in turn will improve the organisational performance and business outcomes. 3. Perform other administrative task. |
