We host interns from Australia, New Zealand, New Caledonia across a range of areas: Educational Teacher Training, Business Administration, Marketing, & Information Technology. Internships last from one month up to a semester (six months) depending on the course requirements. We are an inclusive organisation which embraces and celebrates diversity with sixty two nationalities for families and sixteen nationalities of faculty. Support to activities and managers: Implementing management tools,handling business documents and information, organising recruitment, organising follow up, meetings, projects and programs, communication through professional writing Management of files in responsibility: Dealing with mail correspondence, management of travel related expenses,involvement in calling for tenders, managing stock of IT and other equipment, handling client, supplier, employee portfolio, creating and managing digital and physical workspaces, managing and updating Information systems Process Improvement: Describing an administrative process to improve, forming a diagnosis and an analysis of issues and needs, suggesting solutions in a clear, justified manner, formalising and updating new procedures across HR, Business, and Marketing departments Resource Management: Monitoring budget allocations of expenditures, following up on contracts, managing stocks and supplies as per needs. |

その他の応募条件 / Other Conditions or Information | It is highly recommended that interested applicants are able to have proof of COVID vaccinations for acquiring visas. While in Fiji, Covid 19 measures are duly advised to be practiced when reporting to the host school for the full duration of the internship tenure. For any covid positive cases, self quarantine and consultations with doctors will need to take place. In case of emergency situations such as health, it is advised for students to be in touch with the Japan Embassy Consulate emergency contact numbers whether it is a landline, mobile contact and email address. |
